The IFCC is a worldwide umbrella organization in the field of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine. It brings together over 100 National Societies and Affiliates from 90 countries, 6 Regional Federations as well as 46 Corporate Members. IFCC is a leading scientific organization specializing in the area of laboratory test standardization and offering educational programs and scientific conferences for clinical laboratory specialists and trainees worldwide. IFCC offers National Society Members from developing countries scientific exchanges and travel scholarships as well as visiting lecturer programs.
